John Kawola, CEO
Prior to Harvest, John was the CEO of Z Corporation, one of the early pioneers of the 3D printing industry. Prior to Z Corporation, John held technical and marketing positions at Albany International and General Electric. John holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Renssaeler and an MBA from Union College. John is a Director at Spaceclaim, a 3D Modeling software company. |

Charles Grinnell, COO
Charlie has led numerous teams and companies. He was previously GM of DEKA R&D, a 200-person technology and IP incubator. He has also founded an international consulting business and served as Lead Engineer of a $300 million particle detector at CERN, Europe's international physics research center. |

Joe Jones, CTO
Joe invents practical robots. A robotics visionary with 24 years in the field, Joe was the first employee of iRobot, where he and Harvest cofounder Paul Sandin invented Roomba, the floor-cleaning blockbuster, which has sold over 5 million units. He spent 9 years in robotic research at the MIT AI Lab, authored three books on robotics, and holds 15 patents. |

Chas Douglas, CFO
Chas has held senior management positions in emerging technology companies for the last twenty-five years supporting fund raising efforts, general operations and liquidity events. For the past five years through his consulting firm, he has worked closely with a number of technology companies including Sitescape Inc., geoVue, Manifold Products, Xconomy, VoxVue Corporation, Cecropia, Ziggs, InterNoded, and Waban Software. |

Steve Toebes, VP of Engineering
Steve has been in the Robotics/Automation, Semiconductor, and Defense Industries for 19 years successfully executing several large scale new product development projects in the field of robotic automation. Most recently as VP of Hardware Engineering at Symbotic LLC, a robotic automation start-up, he led the product design from concept to successful commercial release while the company grew from 13 to a 100+ people. Steve holds several patents. |

Greg Timbol, VP Sales and Business Development
Greg has over 20 years of experience in business development and sales within the high technology industry including the life sciences, materials engineering and robotics sectors. Before joining Harvest, he held senior-level positions at Materials Design Inc., Pharsight (acquired by Certara) and Biosym Technologies (now Accelrys). He has a strong track record in driving growth opportunities through new account expansion, major account management and strategic partner development. Greg received his B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia. |
